We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 5 nights, but everything was great! Booked a king room with central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV. The location was magnificent, not very far from a spectacular modern gallery.

Stunning location and view from room. Receptionist helpful with local garage information for broken-down car. Breakfast fresh and excellent choice. Gay-friendly as advertised.

The location was good, the view from our room was excellent you certainly couldn't get any closer to the sea! The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast's were really good with a vast choice and ket us going until the evening meal. Ate in the restaurant once, the food was superb.
The only downside to our hotel room (19) was the size of the en- suite.Almost had to be a contortionist! I don't know how large framed people would have coped with it! But it was good to have our own bathroom facilities and not have to share.

The View and the comfort of the room. Staff were very pleasant
We had booked extra for a balcony and felt a bit let down by this. The view was lovely but the balcony was dirty and having a cheap plastic table seemed to cheapen it. Would have liked to sit out there more but did not find it aggreeable. Also shower room was extremly small but clean.

Pedn Olva is in one of the best sites I know with views along the coast and over St Ives. Staff are very friendly & helpful.
Rooms small where they are cut into the rock face.

Great friendly staff and location, great breakfast room views and wonderful food.
Hotel and Booked.net did not communicate well - We booked 2 + 2 family room with Booked.net but Hotel only received information for a 2 person room from Booked.net Hotel did manage to sort us out :-) Room was hot and radiator controls not working well.

the location is absolutely amazing and the hotel is designed to bring you as close to the sea as possible. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The single rooms were very small but cleverly designed and very comfortable. The atmosphere in the restaurant was spoiled by loud sport on the TV in the bar area. Dinner menu was good but pricey for quality which varied during our stay (although compares favourably with other eateries in St Ives). London prices.

I really liked the position giving spectacular views as well as being within easy walking distance of St Ives harbour. The service and staff were excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. I also liked the way that to get to the room you had to go back outside, this gave the feeling of privacy and also meant you were able to easily enjoy being outdoors as well as being next to your room.

Can recommend for a short stint
Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a fine view of the harbor that contributed to the best night's sleep I've had, all complemented by free wi-fi in rooms and an easy walk to the nearby beach.
Nothing to be said.
